“Any time an organization does an expansion it is a time of excitement and trepidation, as you want to ensure your culture remains the same with an influx of new associates. Rudy was hired to partner with our internal recruiting team to assist with our expansion hiring in 2014/2015 and played an integral role in ensuring that I could focus on the business part of the expansion knowing that we had the production hiring in capable hands. His eagerness to learn, ability to jump in and recruiting skills helped us meet our production hiring goals and timelines. Rudy was able to understand our culture, what we needed from our associates and gave us a positive interviewing experience. During his short time with us he reviewed over 1,000 resumes and conducted just shy of 300 interviews! Not only did our candidates enjoy working with him, he fit into our internal culture seamlessly and was an integral part of the success of our expansion recruiting. ”
