As an IT Development Specialist at America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), I provide systems solutions and troubleshooting for over 150 employees across the country. I have multiple certifications in IT security, desktop support, and technology associate demonstrating my proficiency and expertise in various IT domains.

I have over five years of experience in IT Design and Implementation, working with different clients in a variety of sectors, systems, and platforms. Ive also had 3 years of experience in Cloud Domain Management and Remote Workstation Deployment. I have successfully lead and implemented O365 Cloud migration, maintained audio/video technical support, and deployed hardware and software upgrades. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills as I aspire to pursue a career in Data Science and IT Management.
