Entering our 28th season the league has grown to 60+ teams, and more than a 1500 participants, and were still growing strong.
The CCYF program has always been about giving the players a safe, positive football experience, with the motto "Kids First and Winning Second." It has been a goal of CCYF to help build feeder programs to the local high schools, to help them reach their ultimate goal of winning a state championship for their school. This goal was first met in 1995 by the kids who had played for the Lewis River Raiders and went on to win the state class "A" championship for Ridgefeild High School. Then again in 2004 when Evergreen High School won the WIAA 4A State Championship.
The CCYF program is dedicated to continued growth and to allow more young athletes to play the sport of football with the belief that, "Most Teams Help People Become Better Athletes, But the Best Teams Help Athletes Become Better People".
