How can you identify and develop leadership potential in customer service reps?
I agree but it needs to be specific and exact examples of their impact and utilizing metrics to mentor them to understand the impact based on the goals of the store, district and company. As a leader. I also look for the new leader to find a way to be a mentor and see how they can coach and improve the team.

In my experience being able to gauge their ability to Multi-task along with communicating clearly with their team. If the leader has a clear message they will be able to get their team behind them to solve problem and get better results
