How can feedback build accountability and ownership?
I like to follow the MBIQ format to give feedback. 1. Micro-Yes - Get buy-in - Reduce mystery / allow prep 2. Behavior - Focus on behavior, not person - Deblur 3. Impact statement - Why does this matter? - Who is affected by it? 4. Question - Check how they see it - Agree to an action plan Here's an example: M: Do you have 10 minutes to talk about your last email to Jill? B: I noticed you replied to her email three days after she sent it. I: I mention it because she can’t move forward without your reply, so it might delay her team. Q: What do you think our process should be moving forward?

How can leaders manage stress and avoid burnout?
Prioritizing work - focusing on what’s absolutely important and saying no to the unimportant tasks and help set expectations with others and help in reducing stress. If you don’t agree to do everything, you won’t feel like you are drowning in work, thereby reducing stress.
