“I was lucky enough to have Beebe in my team for 4 years and directly manage her for 2 of those years. From the beginning, I was impressed by her attention to detail, which made her the go-to person in the team when we needed focus, development and implementation on commercial projects. This unique ability enabled her to become a thought leader around CS processes, industry insights and cross team collaboration. Beebe’s is extremely passionate about her role and welcomes responsibility. Her strengths are being detail oriented, complete ownership and the ability to be solution oriented to complex challenges. Our biggest collaboration win was building the Strategic Projects and Enablement team at Liftoff. Beebe took the lead on determining the department’s structure, process and responsibilities. At the same time, she began her first steps into people management as we hired a global team to support this initiative. It was amazing to see her develop as a leader in the organization, not only establishing a crucial team for the org, but her ability in coaching her team in their roles. Beebe achieved great success with the StratOps team over my last two years at Liftoff, and this was down to her dedication and ability to establish her team internally. I have no doubt she will continue to have great success in the future.”
