Secured $5k grant from the Town of Cary to make improvements and enhancements to neighborhood. With this grant and neighbor volunteer hours, extended the walking trail around the community pond, added benches and new shade trees, installed a new fountain with lights, and replaced deteriorating community entrance signs.
