“Sarah is an outstanding leader. I have directly reported to her for a year and a half. In that time she has coached me to make decisions confidently, seek first to understand, and has helped tremendously in the realm of organization. Sarah is amazing at identifying skill sets and leading and coaching to what best fits your style, not hers. She has never been a micromanager but can identify and help set priorities. I like to say "A little sprinkle of Sarah goes a long way", she is powerful in her affirmations. When you talk to her it is as if no one else in the whole world matters, kind and understanding but not one to let complaining get you very far. She is a boss of action and quick to ask "what are you going to do about it?".
