What are some ways to use ATS software to improve diversity and inclusion in recruiting?
I use my ATS in a few ways to ensure diversity and inclusion. 1.) I screen resumes blindly, focusing solely on skill sets, not names, not educations. Dive into the meat of the resume - do their skill sets line up with your role? Are their skillsets transferable? Ensure your job postings are unbiased and gender-neutral (i.e. - remove the "fluff" verbiage such as "rockstar", "ninja", etc.). 2.) Run your JD through Textio to obtain a score and edit accordingly. 3.) Add interview kits to your requisition to ensure the same, consistent process for each candidate.

What are the most effective ways to manage seasonal staffing?
One thing I've found helpful is to nurture a passive candidate pipeline. Continually source for roles that are prominent in peak times. Conduct exploratory calls not only between you and the candidate, but with Hiring Managers and the candidates. This ensures a shorter time to fill. Keep the candidates updated with frequent check ins. As a Recruiter, be active on social media - jump into LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, Slack channels. Be involved, be conversational.

How can you build a pipeline of top talent for your staffing service?
To define your target market, you should conduct an intake call with your Hiring Manager. Are you asking open-ended questions to learn the specifics of who your client wants/needs (i.e. - who is missing from the team from a skills perspective?)? From there, conduct comprehensive market research to find top talent that would fit your clients needs. What associations/non-profits are in the area in which you're hiring? Are there HBCUs to source from? Each role and each client are so very different. Take your time to do the front-end work.
