Successful deployment for the initial VA Medical Center in Spokane as the first site within the 10 year enterprise rollout program. Tremendous work effort across the collective teams to deploy the enterprise footprint for a commercial solution within the VA.

Successful deployment for the 3rd VA Medical Center in Columbus Ohio as the enterprise deployment continues. Continued progress implementing lessons learned and improving the clinical end-user experience as the deployment progresses.

Initial EHR deployment for the Department of Veteran Affairs. Mann Grandstaff's go-live was the first EHR deployment for the VA and enabled a single medical record, joining the DoD facilities on Cerner capabilities.

Cerner Scheduling Solution rollout at Columbus Ohio for the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Outsourcing project to migrate application support and hosting operations for 19 facilities over to Cerner. The project was completed ahead of schedule and resulted in improved clinician experience thru faster response times, (85%) reduced downtime and (100% uptime in first 12 months) increased stability.

Developed and delivered a sole source technical procurement program to meet program timelines and minimize clients cost. The program leveraged Cerner's existing capabilities which included Cerner's warehouse and staging capabilities allowing the client to procure technology on-time and under budget. As a multi-year rollout, this program delivered > 20M per year in new business for Cerner while reducing the customer's implementation cost.

Led an organization thru a Cerner transition to application support for a partner with over 900+ code changes, 1000+ significant build changes, and 9000+ incidents per year covering 32 hospitals. Created operational processes and structure for the support teams on both the Cerner and partner side to achieve operational excellence.

Deployed Cerner's first client hosted solution for Fetalink+ at Cerner, and the initial mobile footprint at Tenet Healthcare.

Deployed an on-prem disaster recovery solution leveraging multiple data centers for a single health care organization.

Enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) rollout across Tenet's 70+ Hospitals. Multi-year rollout with facilities aligning to a single clinical standard, improved clinician experience, and enhanced stability for the clinical systems.

Deployment for the CommonWell network to provide a nationwide network of more than 15,000 hospitals and clinics to the 46,000 community partners for the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs Electronic Medical Record Solution.
