What do you do if you're an entrepreneur struggling to find top talent for your startup?
A positive candidate experience comes back to a thought out and structured process. If you have a streamlined recruiting process that is organized - it will attract the right candidate. In that process, show who you are as a company and employee. This is going to set you apart, but the biggest area to stand out is to be GENUINE.

Offering flexibility isn't a "nice to have" - it's a requirement in todays workplace. Flexibility also doesn't have to just mean remote. Get creative with ideas such as flexible work hours, flexible work areas (not just the office), or something as simple as a company requirement to answer a phone call at anytime from a family member.

Defining needs will help individuals and organizations know which direction to go. Growth is a buzz word start-ups use a lot, but in order to grow you have to know which direction to go in first. That begins with defining needs.
