Poverty Alleviation
Myself and 24 other students volunteered in Ndola, Zambia for 2 weeks. During our stay we built 4 houses for Zambian families who had not owned a house of their own before.
This project involved us fundraising 90,000 euro which we completed by different charity events such as Golf Charity days, church gate collections, coffee mornings and more.
This experience in Zambia proved to be a big eye-opener to the poverty struggles that so many people face.
