Always try to use simple language and repetition to help people understand your goal and be open and honest about challenges and concerns you and they may have. Talk to the entire team and listen to their ideas and feedback to ensure everyone supports the change. Share all information about the reasons for the change and its benefits, and address any concerns. A candid dialogue with the team helps you to consider different perspectives and head off problems before they become big. Always provide helpful and meaningful feedback to help people learn from mistakes and work together more effectively.

While it is important to increase brand awareness and expand your customer base, you must also work to increase sales potential with your current customers. You should try to look for opportunities to grow your profits with the customers you already have through add-on sales, customer loyalty programs, and referral business.

If I noticed a mistake in my research paper after submitting it to the publisher, I'd acknowledge the mistake and inform the staff. The situation obviously isn't ideal. There aren't many ways to say "I found a mistake and I need more time to redo some of the work". I'd try to identify where I went wrong; what caused this mistake.
