How do you show the value of your AI to stakeholders?
The first step in defining AI value proposition is to get to know your audience. For example, if your audience mostly includes executives then emphasizing algorithms and delving deep into technical details may not be as advantageous as presenting relatable customer stories. Tailor the value proposition according to your audience's characteristics: 1. Define problem statement. What is the issue that we are solving? 2. Introduce AI solution and explain how it addresses the problem. Quantify ROI. 3. Highlight key benefits of using AI compare to other alternative solutions. Be sure to incorporate stakeholders feedback to refine the value proposition. Effective collaboration is key to success!

What's your process for choosing machine learning libraries and frameworks?
Here a few factors I consider when I’m working on a ML project and selecting ML library: 1. Understand type of a problem. What kind of task ML will need to perform? Examples: classification, regression, NLP, etc 2. Narrow down libraries based on algorithms and tools. 3. Check if a library has a comprehensive documentation. 4. Consider the size of community support to make sure that library will be maintained and updated. Finally experiment and compare!

How do you document your Machine Learning code for future reuse?
AI Code companions not only can automatically generate code suggestions but also document your code. I use Amazon CodeWhisperer in my VS code to add comments, as well as vice versa I write comments so AI could generate code based on them. Using AI for documentation saves me a lot of time and helps to add more descriptive details.
