This includes writing for HRCI's world-class periodical, Certified, publishing numerous articles via my Fast Company blog, including a section in my latest book (Getting Innovation Right - Chapter 1) on HRCI's stellar growth, helping to produce and emcee three annual events in Washington DC and others in Chicago, Philadelphia, New York, Toronto, and San Francisco. This has resulted in (a) dramatic increase in the number of HRCI's certifications (from 96,000 in 2008 to 125,000 in 2013), (2) international growth, and (3) greater recognition among business leaders of the value HR brings to the strategy table.
