The Comms committee advises One Iowa staff on effective communications strategy. A also served as a pro-bono consultant for One Iowa's new website that launched in 2020.

The Leadership Institute is a four-month program designed to prepare Iowa’s next generation of LGBTQ leaders. The curriculum helps individuals plan for and reach goals ranging from nonprofit leadership, community organization, running for office, and more. I helped organize the inaugural 2018 class of the LGBTQ Leadership Institute.
