“I had the pleasure to serve with Sherri at 7-Eleven, and highly recommend her as a person of impeccable character and skill. Sherri's super-powers include her communication, integrity and follow-through. There is no detail left hanging when Sherri is on the job! Sherri is a fantastic mentor, who worked to develop and train new team members, as well as program consultants. In addition to her field support, Sherri developed and rolled-out training manuals that helped align and accelerate our program goals. Sherri is adept at maintaining quality, schedule and budget even at fast-paced, large scale program roll-outs. She is flexible, agile and puts in the work!”

What do you do if conflict arises during a Change Management project?
I would acknowledge the conflict and would try to understand its root cause. I would then ask everyone to express their concerns. Actively listen to each party's perspective to gain a better understanding of their positions and underlying interests. Then foster constructive dialogue between conflicting parties to find common ground and potential solutions. Engage relevant stakeholders to gain support and input on resolving the conflict. Once an agreement is reached, implement the necessary actions to address the conflict and move forward with the change management project. Last but not least, I would continuously monitor the situation to ensure that the resolution is effective.
