    Role:
    Shipra volunteered to lead this program for her team of 15 people, including Apprentice Leader, Team Lead, Decision Scientists and Trainee Decision Scientists. She was responsible for coordinating regular meetings where all team members were provided a platform to acknowledge their errors and grievances in a constructive environment…

    Project description:
    Organization wide program directed at lowering frequency and magnitude of errors in deliveries within different teams.

    Role:
    Shipra volunteered to lead this program for her team of 15 people, including Apprentice Leader, Team Lead, Decision Scientists and Trainee Decision Scientists.
