Having been down that path herself, Shira was the perfect person to grow and learn from. In her role at the Globe, Shira was considered to be an ultimate source of truth. You could always assume she would have the answer, or that she could find out, and you always felt confident in the information she was sharing, knowing that it was accurate, thorough, and its consequences were carefully considered. It was clear from Day 1 that she was incredibly well-respected and her patience, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail would make her an excellent manager.
