Product Development

• Drafted BOM, to procure parts with cost analysis.
• Functional testing was performed on product for design conformance and product was successfully handed to customer at additional cost after
acceptance with detailed SOP.

Mobile Robot which can be controlled/actuated from remote location using wifi
Project had 4 components chassis, development of GUI using Tkinter python module, raspie accessed with Real VNC application, Arduino and power management.
For instance Robot is at home and user at office, it can feed pet and also sends with live video feed to user which can further help in keeping watch for theft and burglary.

• Demonstrated design application includes exploration of other planets and harsh environments such as biological activities.

As engine speed increases, fuel injection increases and to avoid over fuelling in CRDI engine, an electronic control unit is to be designed. As soon as the speed will increase above certain limit, the electromagnet connected to the plunger of the fuel injector will be demagnetized, and fuel injection will be stopped, bringing back the engine speed to normal.

A second hand gearbox of Maruti 800 was semi automated with the help of electronic control unit so as to shift the position of first and second gear while in motion.
