LightningPoll was born as a project for Telluride Startup Weekend. Frustrated at the experience of online survey solutions today, but recognizing the importance of customer feedback in shaping business decisions, my team and I set out for a fresh approach to the problem of collecting feedback through online customer intercept surveys.
LightningPoll presents survey questions in a slick and unobtrusive way, while making it very easy for online visitors to provide feedback. Our algorithms maximize response rates and minimize selection bias. Our results page automates the statistical analysis of the survey turning responses into actionable information.
