“Sinde’s title may say Information Technology, but her guiding principle is customer service. Sinde demonstrates rare talent of straddling both the business disciplines and technology acumen. As her partner on a key transformation projects, I was able to observe and emulate Sinde’s superpowers of persuasion, team leadership and collaboration. As a key leader, Sinde was called on to present to C-suite and board members on a routine basis. Sinde’s strength in these presentations was preparation.
