    As a Coach my philosophy was around Love for people and the game, Encouragement, Good Character and Hard Work, along with Discipline, Life-Skills and Teamwork. Since I try to center my life around my God, I tried to teach, treat and lead my players the same way. My focus at this level was to have them learn the foundation of the game, while teaching them the basics and fundamental skills of the game.

    On August 1, 2019, all GDIT employees are now integrated into a Single Learning Management System, myLMS. myLMS offers a new learning experience platform that leverages machine learning and intuitive interface to effectively and efficiently deliver personalized learning that is easier to manage, track, and access. For the first time, all GDIT employees can access myLMS through mobile devices, can create and share customized playlist and can assign and track training within teams.
