“Very shortly after starting at BookedOut, Sohel quickly took ownership of our primary Android mobile application. At BookedOut & Shiftgig, he contributed to building our CI/CD platform. Part of working in this start up environment required many of our engineers to be comfortable with rapidly developing new features, while always trying to focus on refactoring and improving overall maintainability. Sohel always kept a close watch on this, learning and implementing best practices while keeping up with new feature development. Sohel even began to expand outside his mobile responsibilities to help with some of our API development. Sohel easily earned the respect and friendship of his peers with his technical accomplishments and camaraderie. He is extremely approachable and always willing to help others out, putting in the extra time and effort to make sure the team and product is successful. Needless to say, Sohel was an invaluable engineer and teammate. I have no doubt that he will succeed wherever his career takes him. ”
