“I had the pleasure of working with Soniya for the last 3.8 years, with the last two years as my manager. Soniya came to Carrum Health as our first Clinical Specialist. She built an entire clinical department while at Carrum Health. She not only led a team of Patient Care Specialists (case managers) but also led a whole department of clinicians who developed and strengthened our relationships with our hospitals and surgeons. Soniya is an incredible leader and mentor. She has a boots-on-the-ground leadership style where she gathers feedback from those directly doing the work. Soniya is successful in developing processes with her inquisitive nature and her bubbly demeanor. She can easily work with others to develop strategies for company growth. Soniya came with clinical expertise to Carrum Health and has gained additional skills including project management as well as product management skills through her design and implementation of new services lines including Oncology and Substance Use Disorder. Soniya and I directly worked with the product team to create efficiencies for our internal Care App tool. Soniya is a consistent leader and I was always able to depend on her while managing my team. Under Soniya's leadership, our department hit transaction goals for the first two quarters for the first time in company history. Through her strong work ethic, Soniya cultivated dedication, discipline, and persistence in her team to produce records for the company. I am so grateful to have had the experience of working with such a strong leader. I would be honored to work with her again!”
