“Sriram has a sound foundation of engineering fundamentals. He setup and ran a variety of computer simulations consisting of modal analysis, fatigue, and hydraulic system flow. Sriram conducted this work with the guidance of experienced engineers, but was very self-directed in his approach. He took initiative and was willing to seek out the information he needed to solve problems. The final report he submitted on his work was a well prepared technical document that was very effective in communicating the work he had completed. Sriram would be an asset to any technically driven engineering organization.”
