You’re dealing with a team member who is always negative. What can you do to change their attitude?
I would be direct and let them know how they are being perceived. Ask if there is anything you can help with. I would stress that having a positive mindset is critical in achieving goals and objectives. Negative thoughts are a waste of time and can affect and bring other team members down. Everyone encounters challenges, it is how you approach and respond to adversity that matters.

How can solution architecture help you address common customer pain points?
One way I’ve worked through is to map out the process or sale and identify the steps needed to successfully improve or advance the sale. In a sale, it might be to understand the customer’s buying vision and what a potential solution would mean to them. I’ve called this the customer acknowledged value. This lets the customer determine the feasibility of change and the ROI back to them.
