You're launching a new venture in Entrepreneurship. What pitfalls should you steer clear of?
I started a pure play mobile app company in 1999. The mobile app market really didn't take off until the iPhone in 2007. I was too early to market. I should have been a little more conservative. There were still lots of unmet needs in the web 1.0, ecommerce and what would become web 2.0 spaces. I should have done more research and had many people tell me they would pay for my product before I spent money creating software.
