My top 3 questions for soul searching on alignment: - Is this opportunity aligned to my personal and professional core values? - Is the new opportunity aligned to how I want to continue to grow and develop as a professional? - Am I considering this new opportunity because I actually feel called to pursue this new venture or am I doing this because it feels like "the right next thing to do" or "I have to do this."
