What does it mean to love yourself? Fourteen women embarked on a journey to find out. Along the way they found pain, happiness, joy, sorrow, guilt, acceptance, poetry, letting go, trusting, relationships, divorce, culture, identity, love and so much more. Loving yourself means loving it all- the good, the bad, and the ugly. As these women shared their stories they discovered that true beauty lies within. True beauty lies in the strength of standing in your rawness, being vulnerable, admitting your flaws and being a shining Goddess even on the days you don't feel that awesome. As women if we can learn to love ourselves then we are creating a world of love around us. Women are the creators and thus in our own love we spread love to our children, our grandchildren, our neighbors, our friends, our community. We are paving a way, creating peace, passion, sexiness, happiness and love. We are OWNING our awesomeness. But it all starts with loving yourself. She loved herself. Will you love yourself too?
