    After AICPA merged with UK-based Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2016, chosen for team to develop global brand for the combined entity.

Worked across international borders and cultures on strategic planning, research, project management, and implementation of the new global brand.     After AICPA merged with UK-based Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2016, chosen for team to develop global brand for the combined entity.

    Assumed leadership and responsibility for key initiatives. Managed outside agency partners. Worked across international borders and cultures on strategic planning, research, project management, and implementation of the new global brand. Collaborated with stakeholders across multiple continents on projects that included a brand audit, brainstorming, and creative brand guidelines. In addition, led deep-dive research with members on logo prototypes to represent the new global family of brands.

    Executed conversion across 1,500+ touch points and materials. Trained employees in multiple locations on the new assets and guidelines to ensure brand was deeply integrated and consistent across all communications.

    Recommended a brand voice to compliment the new brand. Chosen by VP to develop the organization’s first-ever brand voice, which now informs all strategy and communications. Managed agency and six-figure budget. Trained teams around the globe on how to write in the new brand voice.

  • Transformed Customer Experience

    Tapped by two VPs to help them lead a task force of 24 to redesign member experience.

    Interviewed major corporations who had undergone similar transformations, incl. Amazon, Mozilla, Lynda, and the AMA. After analysis, assimilated the information and communicated key insights and a new strategy in PowerPoint for the two VPs to present to CEO and EVPs.

    Senior leadership approved and are currently driving a multi-year effort to elevate the member experience.
