When discussing your strengths, authenticity is crucial. Attempting to align your strengths too closely with a job description can be perceived as insincere by most recruiters. If you've taken the StrengthsFinder test, it provides valuable insights into your genuine strengths. An effective way to express this is to liken it to a Venn diagram. There are aspects of myself known only to me, some known to both me and others, and then there are blind spots known only to others. Personally, I identify my strength in XYZ. Furthermore, feedback from both peers and managers reinforces this, highlighting XYZ as a recognized strength of mine.
