“Tara has a very magnetic personality and motivational air about her. Regardless of how tough a task she is handed she always faces it with a smile and positive attitude that there is a solution that both parties can agree on. Tara is one of the most efficient self starters I have worked with. No matter the deadline and the cumbersome request she can deliver a first rate product in a timely fashion. Tara is not afraid to ask for help when she is troubled with a solution. This not only shows that she is a team player but shows her willingness to learn new things. She is a sponge for knowledge and adapts quickly to new programs and operations. Tara never seems put-off by constructive criticism as she is geared to improve upon any arena that makes her a more effective professional. Tara knows how to relate to people in a professional and personal manner and is able to differentiate from the two effectively as well. This is a trait that is hard to teach but vital in the arena of sales and marketing. Tara is also very willing to put her work aside to assist others that need help with their own issues/projects.
