What do you do if your PR industry credibility is lacking as a recent graduate?
Some things that have helped me is - gaining more experience by seeking out internships and volunteer opportunities. Join discussion forums, participate in the discussion. Provide thought leadership. Lead thought leadership. Network. Network. Network. Leverage your relationship with an industry leader - ask for mentorship. The key is to proactively get out there.

What are the key differences between a coach and a mentor in Coaching & Mentoring?
Absolutely…guidance comes in many forms, and both mentors and coaches can help you make progress in your personal and professional life. Both a mentor and coach can contribute to your success, they play complementary roles in your development. A relationship with a coach tends to be short term vs a mentor/mentee relationship can extend a lifetime. Your coach can challenge you to get through the daily grind. They will hold you accountable for your results & hitting your goals. Your mentor can provide insights into how you can do it better and provide guidance on how to get to the next level…because he/she has done it before. Who says you can’t have both? 🤷🏻♀️
