Highlights:
* successful overhaul of entire building's operation: undertook a $1.5M emergency water proofing project (from engineer selection, operational and financial planning, bidding, negotiations, communications and operational oversight of this…Board President of 100+ unit boutique, Upper Eastside prewar COOP. Highlights:
* successful overhaul of entire building's operation: undertook a $1.5M emergency water proofing project (from engineer selection, operational and financial planning, bidding, negotiations, communications and operational oversight of this 7 month project), and initiated hybrid gas conversion of 35+ year old heating plant.
* hired new managing agent, legal counsel, and engineering firm
* hired new super intendent and handy man, and elevate staff (unionized) performance through education and performance review process
* led financial recovery balancing the COOP budgets for the first time in decades,
* updated 30+ year old proprietary lease and gained overwhelming 75% shareholder majority,
* initiated new shareholder communications through open dialogue, institution of quarterly newsletter, and quarterly meet and greet gatherings of shareholders
