“Tim isn't your typical big corporate character. Whilst he can expertly navigate big global structures, politics & manage complex networks of stake holders, there are 2 things that for me really make him stand out from the pack, and from which I have been massively inspired in the years since we worked together. First, Tim is restless; he has huge energy and an incredibly inquisitive nature. He is one of the most insight-driven and consumer-centric marketers I have worked for, and above all, he doesn't blindly follow the status quo, or the accepted way of things. He truly "acts like an owner", and if things aren't right, he takes it into his hands and takes the initiative to drive new, and often breakthrough, ways of doing things. His restlessness both stretches, but also drives massive growth curves for, the teams who work for him. Secondly Tim is a great, truly authentic, guy; he's just one of those people you want on your team. There are few people I have worked with who have had such a deep concern for his team, their well-being and personal development, and likewise someone whose personality just makes people feel at ease, have fun at work, and likewise drives them to go the extra mile for him. The time I spent working for Tim was hugely formative for me, and has been an incredible foundation on which I have built my own career progression in the years since. ”
