“Todd has a very deep background in both accounting and project management that is very compelling. In my past experience with Todd he was able to take a small company that was doing just a couple million dollars a year and help us scale the financial systems that lasted to well over 60 million per year. Additionally his experience with fair, but firm negotiations with key suppliers or contacts helped save the company over and over again tens of thousands of dollars. Todd has a very clear understanding of process and systemization. This is a key asset to anyone who looks to manage projects. Todd is a believer, as I am, that the system should be able to run the business while the people run the system. This system based thinking is what sets up any project from the beginning to succeed. If goals are not articulated or assumptions are not documented then projects are doomed from the beginning. Todd understands well that setting expectations that are realistic and really getting all parties on the same sheet of music is the only way to have a successful project outcome.
