Begin to utilize some of the skills learned through 'Unofficial' learning tools like pod casts, LinkedIn and other trusted sources to help your organization communicate more effectively.

What are the best ways to showcase your teamwork skills to your supervisor?
In my experience, showcasing can be perceived as showboating or attempting to take credit for what the team accomplished. Keep your supervisor informed of the progress of the task or assignment, but allow your team to shine when it’s time to present and take credit. A leader that gives accolades to his team for a job well done, receives the loyalty and support of their team, creates an environment where the best and brightest want to one the team and the best showcase of hit or her leadership.
