Here's how you can navigate difficult or unexpected interview questions in the executive coaching field.
Take time to prepare before the interview. Use your knowledge of the industry and experience to anticipate the questions that may be asked. If flustered, take a moment to pause and gather your thoughts. If you need to, ask clarifying questions. And don't forget that solution-focused storytelling will showcase how you can handle adversity and challenges.

Here's how you can navigate career changes with personal coaching.
We all know that looking for a job can be frustrating and depressing. Think of a Career Coach as your personal career advisor and cheerleader. They can help you with clarifying your goals and assess your strengths so you can gain clarity around your potential path. They can also work with you on developing a strategic action plan that can be further broken down into actionable steps so the entire process doesn't feel so big and unachievable. A Career Coach can also help you overcome any negative thoughts, preconceived notions, or obstacles that you may have. They may even help you to think of possible career paths that may not be known to you.

What do you do if you need to show your adaptability during an interview?
I find that the best way to show adaptability is to talk about a past experience, preferably work-related. If you are new in your career, You can pull from your experiences in academia, sports, internships, or volunteering. When you are preparing for the interview, think about a time when you had to adapt to a new situation or learn a new skill quickly? What steps did you take? How did you have to adjust your communication with others and what did you learn from the experience? Providing a real-life example is a great way to showcase your problem-solving skills, flexibility, proactiveness, and initiative.
