    Led critical upgrade of the base's Defense Red Switch Network eliminating vulnerabilites and solidifying classified communications with the National Command Authority.

  • Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) Modernization Project

    Oversaw Project Quality Management for a $850K modernization project. Conducted project oversight, build control chart, enforced TQM, conducted spot inspections, auditing and led continuous process improvement efforts. Led project acceptance inspection and validated project closure actions.

    Project Role: Senior Management. Oversaw upgrade of the base’s network infrastructure and the installation of 237 WiFi access points across Joint-Base Elmendorf-Richardson. Responsible for project scope, risk management analysis, resource management and resolution of organizational issues throughout project.

  • USAF & FAA Radar Infrastructure Project

    Conducted project oversight, quality assurance spot inspections throughout project lifecycle and project acceptance inspection on a joint USAF and FAA fiber-optic network install supporting radar systems for Joint-Base Elmendorf-Richardson and Anchorage’s Ted Stevens International Airport air operations.

  • Installation Mass Notification System

    Conducted project oversight & project acceptance inspections on a $240K Giant Voice Mass Notification System upgrade protecting over 14,000 military and civilian personnel.

  • USAF & Royal Air Force UAV Project

    Led a US & UK project team to provide integrated communications and data between the United States' Air Force and UK's Royal Air Force (RAF) UAV programs. Project entailed engineering an IT and communications solution and coordinating project with multiple nations and agencies across three continents.
