What are the most important considerations for a go-to-market strategy?
Pricing should always be determined by value created, not the time and resources it takes to create it. For example, I may change something on your website that increases conversions by 15%, which may mean an additional $500,000 in revenue over the course of the year. Now, that message may have only taken an hour for me to figure out, but it was worth $500,000 in new revenue that was previously lost. So pricing it by my time would severely undervalue what I created. You must have an understanding of what value your product or service creates to accurately price it to the marketplace.

What are the most important considerations for a go-to-market strategy?
Expressing your value happens in three ways: 1. Demonstrating your ability to guide your customer to their desired outcome, and you must be able to communicate empathy and authority to have credibility. Do you understand how your customer feels and do you have the skills and the track record to fix the problem? 2. Communicate the plan as simply as possible to make it something the prospect believes is doable. 3. Paint a picture of what success (and failure) looks like so the client can see what he's working towards. Where there is no vision, the people (and the plan) perish.

What are the most important considerations for a go-to-market strategy?
There are three things you have to know to even consider going to market, and it's these three things; 1. Who your ideal customer is 2. What they want 3. What is the problem keeping them from getting what they want Until you know those three things with clarity and confidence, resist the urge to move to the next step.

We have never had a new rep come in and lead the pack at the velocity that Trey has. Trey is constantly motivating himself to stay focused, and he sets personal goals daily, weekly and monthly that keep him on target. He is always looking for feedback on ways he can improve or grow. Trey has been a quick learner and always more than happy to help out his fellow team mates. Trey thank you for your hard work and dedication this year!"
