“Trista served as a consultant with A Wider Circle to support the conceptualization and project mapping/ planning of a new wraparound initiative to benefit individuals and families seeking economic independence. Trista spent many hours talking through tasks, grouping them and developing tools to consolidate reports for key stakeholders as well as track progress against deadlines. She also supported development of our project tracker and trained some of our staff on Microsoft Project to carry on the tools and reporting mechanisms she built for us.
