Remember the Pareto Principle—80% of your leads likely come from 20% (or fewer) of your landing pages. There will be high-volume pages worth getting highly granular and testing down to unique headlines for individual traffic sources... and other pages that aren't worth testing at all. The number of tests you're limited to in your split testing software aside, prioritization of tests can make or break a conversion rate optimization program. Focus on high-impact pages for high-impact results.

Remember to cross-pollinate your wins! For example: ⃗⃗⃗⃗→ Take keywords that have high organic conversion rates over to paid and vice versa, ⃗⃗⃗⃗→ Rapidly refine important messaging on paid before rolling it out organically, ⃗⃗⃗⃗→ and carry over your split test wins (a great place to start is CTR wins in title and descriptions) across platforms.

It's hard to beat good old-fashioned legwork: → Look at your target stakeholders at your dream customers and see who they engage with on social, → Look to the speakers (large and small) at industry events and on industry podcasts, → Join LinkedIn and Facebook groups that your ideal customer profile (ICP) spend time in, → And don't be afraid to ask your customers! Improve your storytelling by leveraging AI. 🤖 While most AI platforms aren't great writers, they can be great writing partners—ChatGPT is still my favorite, but there are a lot of great options popping up. I've been blessed with great partners who are much better storytellers than I am, but if you aren't so lucky, everyone has an "experienced" partner who is happy to help with Open.ai. Be explicit in your prompts. For example: "Act as a professional B2B storyteller and help me add a narrative to this message using the _______ framework." Don't be afraid to leverage proven frameworks—people use them because they work! There are a LOT of frameworks out there for all kinds of use cases—do some research and pick a few for your team to try out. Some I'd take a look at are: - The Hero's Journey (or monomyth) - The Pixar Story Framework - Star – chain – hook - The Problem-Agitate-Solve (PAS) Framework - The Content, Action, Results (CAR) framework - The Golden Circle - The before-and-after method - The StoryBrand framework

Look for ways to partner with established thought leaders or influencers in your vertical while you develop your voice. You can almost always find mutually beneficial ways to collaborate to produce content that helps one another establish reach and credibility.
