Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of board meetings, decisions, and actions taken. This could include keeping meeting minutes, tracking attendance, and managing official documents and files.

Supporting Leadership: Assisting the President or Chair of the board in various administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and coordinating special projects or initiatives.

The Treasurer shall chair the Finance Committee. The Committee shall counsel with the Executive
Director on the annual budget and prepare recommendations for the Board of Trustees, perform auditor
selection, and conduct quarterly review of operational finances and reserve allocations. The
