How would you manage team morale during times of resource scarcity impacting the program timeline?
Appreciation of your team members goes a long way in improving morale. People are restricted by their understanding of their skills and capabilities. For example, motivate a low-performing employee, encourage him to learn skills, show confidence in him, and appreciate him, and he will surpass expectations. On the contrary, demotivate a high-performing employee by micro-managing, finding faults, showing a lack of trust in him, and showing a lack of appreciation. He will not perform as he used to.

You're facing conflicts in a marketing analytics role. How can you establish trust and credibility?
Trust and credibility are needed to be established in any role. The market analytics role has a data advantage here. First, you have to make sure that the data analysis you are doing is accurate and reliable. Spend time here because you will lose trust and credibility quickly if there is a gap. Second, insights from the data need to tell a story that helps cross-functional business teams in their function. Third, try to understand the stakeholders' issues that need these insights - what are their objectives, what are they trying to accomplish using these insights, and how can you help them achieve that?

How can you support your team's career development and program objectives?
1) Identifying individual team members values and motivators 2) Work with them to tie these values and motivators with the work they are doing day to day and how that ties to the project/org overall goals and objectives. This leads to energetic actions. 3) Actually listen to them when they talk about issues and make them know that you are there if anything goes wrong 4)Empower them with tools that they can use to face challenges irrespective of fear of failure 5)Connect with them frequently to make sure they are looking at the big vision for themselves and not getting bogged down by day to day tasks 6)Last but very important is that be an empathetic leader and coach them to be owners of their careers
