How can you build a positive team culture when working remotely?
Many teams are remote simply by the fact that they are not co-located. Some things that have worked for me include: have cameras on for team meetings, rotate team meeting times so that it is off hours for everyone at some point, and remind team members that kids and pets are part of the team, especially if the meeting is in the evening or early in the morning. Virtual social events / coffee hours are another way to bring cohesion across the miles.

How can you align CSR with the UN SDGs for maximum impact?
The SDGs can actually be the strategic framework for a company’s CSR model. Having a CSR framework based on the goal of a healthier, safer and more equitable planet provides a clear North Star to align individual campaigns and actions that can the. Be paired with one or more of the goals themselves. When employees can see the higher goals, they can then buy in to the efforts and their participation. When clients, partners and stakeholders can see the higher goals, they recognize how the corporation can realize the global business benefits of investment in our earth, our communities and our global population. It is a win-win-win model, for employees, clients and partners, and the planet.
