DIA's South Terminal Redevelopment Program consists of a 500 room Westin Hotel & Conference Center, an outdoor public plaza, and a public transit facility for RTD commuter rail and buses. The master plan was created by Santiago Calatrava with Gensler taking over as design architect in 2011.
