  • Brand Manager Reporting Optimization

    Objective: To create a more systematic and more efficient approach to display and review key metrics of brand managers in the monthly brand manager meetings.

    I identified key components of the old version of the report that was necessary for the meetings and recreated a brand new report that is much more reliable and optimized. Key components include on-hand inventory levels, supplier AR aging, revenue, and GP.

  • Global Intercompany Classification Policy

    - Present

    Created a global policy for all transfer pricing activity needed to be classified using standard language across the board. This allowed for data to become information and allowed for comparability across accounting periods.

  • Accounting and Account Managers Sync Initiative

    - Present

    Created a taskforce to bridge the gaps between these two departments through training and feedback so that the departments can learn from one another. Fostering a line of interdepartmental communication to increase understanding while reducing vagueness.

  • Out of Business Risk Assessment Initiative

    - Present

    Starting from a basic task of assessing the risk from out of business merchants, which led to a complete overhaul of how to assess these types of merchants while maintaining control and compliance. This process now identifies internal loss events from out of business merchants and manages the risk from it.
