“As a member and committee member, I have benefited personally and professionally from Bill’s leadership of AmCham Taipei. Bill was brought in as a change agent and many innovations and improvements were launched during his tenure. The Chamber’s events, industry groups and lobbying efforts benefitted a diverse international membership and Bill represented AmCham well in meetings with leaders in Taipei and Washington alike, as well as through speaking engagements and an active and professional social media presence. After achieving his goals with the Chamber, Bill decided to leave to pursue his writing and consulting opportunities. He leaves behind a legacy of outstanding services, a dedicated team of staff and a major rebranding of the Chamber to AmCham Taiwan which he championed and will be among his legacies. Bill has the intelligence, integrity and drive to make a major contribution in any leadership role he undertakes.
