What do you do if your entrepreneurial finances are draining your profitability?
Too many entrepreneurs are enamored with their idea, innovations and products without realizing that the 'burn' rate of weekly and monthly cash is just if not as important as managing cash. Financial analysis and planning relates to the constant review of the financial statement key performance indications and operational key results. How are we doing against our plan and are we generating sufficient cash to cover operating costs and capital expenditures. Bottomline, it's extremely important to measure cash flow versus other components of the business. Running out of money means wonderful idea dies along with the careers of the team.

How can you maximize the benefits of a performance evaluation?
The SMART system should be instituted prior to the performance review. Setting mutually agreed upon goals and objectives prior to the review 'sets the table' for a fair and equitable review based on objective information and facts. SMART stands for: S = Specific M = Measureable A = Achievable R = Results Oriented T = Timebound Quarterly reviews eliminates surprises before the annual review.

Parker Revenue Growth Strategies conducted an extensive business analysis of the company that produced a business, financial and operating plan in less than 30 days. That plan detailed the revenue drivers of the business that detailed a strategic approach of driving ‘good’ revenue growth along with increased cash flow and profitability.
To date, the company is experiencing double-digit revenue increases, deliveries to customers are current, which has led to improved profits. The cost of a six month program at a private healthcare facility could range up to $7,000. We provide speech and language therapy at no cost to the families of children who need our services.
